We provide Fee-Only Financial Planning and Investment Management services to families in our community.

Client Relationship Manager
Provide financial planning and investment guidance to our clients. Co-present financial planning tips in local workshops. Manage written communications, phone calls, and in-person meetings with clients.
Logistics: Full time, salaried, 401k Match, Health Care Plan, 3+ weeks paid time off and 10 national holidays, 3 days a week in office with at-home work possibility.
Compensation Range Dependent on Skills and Experience: $50,000-$80,000
Business Operations Associate
Draft written client communications, gather and post marketing content, assist in planning workshops, attend and annotate client meetings, and more.
Logistics: Part time with potential to grow to full time, salaried or 1099, 10 national holidays, 3 days a week in office with at-home work possibility, school hours (9:30am-2:30pm)
Compensation Range Dependent on Skills and Experience:
$20-30/hour
Intern
Assist in financial plan preparation, investment report preparation, client meeting attendance and annotation, investment research, business operations tasks and more.
Logistics: Part-time, 1099, by semester with potential for a multiple-semester position and opportunity to apply to full time position, work in BG office with hours flexing around education class times.
Compensation Range Dependent on Skills and Experience:
$15-25/hour
Minimum Requirements for all positions:
- English speaking
- Available for work in BG’s office
- Tech literate in Microsoft and Google
- Comfortable with PC-based computers with dual monitors
- Type 40+ Words per Minute
